The second style is different. It is a two-piece packaging box. We make a separate lid and tray for this box. Hence your customers can detach the lid from the tray. Only a few customers go for two-piece hexagonal boxes because these are a bit costly. But if your pizzas have some precious ingredients. And you have to sell them to high-end customers; then you should make two-piece hexagonal boxes.
Materials To Make Round Pizza Boxes

They call the second type a “single wall corrugated sheet.” They paste two paper layers on both sides of the flute sheet to make this corrugated layer. Similarly, they paste the multiple layers of single wall sheets of corrugated materials over one another. They call them double-wall, then triple-wall boxes. Corrugated boxes keep the pizza warm, and they provide you with shock-proof resistance.
