Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. They govern your access and use of this website. COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you use—including images, graphics, text, or other materials—does not infringe upon third-party rights. This includes copyrights, trademarks, and rights of publicity or privacy. By placing an order, you warrant that you have all necessary permissions and authorize The Sky Packaging to produce the products on your behalf.


CUSTOMER CONTENT

You are responsible for all content you upload, post, or transmit through our website. You agree not to submit any content that is unlawful, infringing, or objectionable. While we do not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted content, we reserve the right to remove any material that violates these terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all orders placed through your account. By submitting content, you grant The Sky Packaging a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your materials for order processing and storage.


DESIGN FILES

Design files are provided at 72 DPI (low resolution). For high-resolution files, please contact adam@theskypackaging.com for a quote.


CUSTOMER SUBMITTED ARTWORK

All artwork must be provided in CMYK format with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. The Sky Packaging is not responsible for color shifts during RGB-to-CMYK conversion or for blurry or pixelated images due to low-resolution files.


PROOFING & MATCHING

Customers must approve the final artwork and job specifications before printing. It is your responsibility to review proofs for errors in spelling, layout, or design. The Sky Packaging is not liable for errors not reported before production.

Color accuracy is not guaranteed for screen-approved proofs. For precise color matching, we recommend ordering a hardcopy proof.


MATERIALS

Our standard paper and card stock are not food-grade. If you require food-grade materials, please notify us in writing before placing your order.


COLOR ACCURACY AND HARDCOPY PROOFS

While we strive for color accuracy, variations may occur due to printing processes and materials. Color reproduction is guaranteed within 90% of the approved proof. For exact matching, order a hardcopy proof.


INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify The Sky Packaging against any claims arising from your use of unauthorized content or breach of these Terms.


ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be canceled before printing, but fees apply based on the production stage:

  • Stage 1 (order placed): $15 + 5% of order total.

  • Stage 2 (design rework): Minimum 20% of order total.

  • Stage 3 (press ready): Minimum 50% of order total.

  • Stage 4 (shipped): Non-cancelable.


DESIGN ORDERS

No refunds are issued for design services once an order is placed.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All sales are final. If we verify an error on our part, we will reprint the order. No refunds or credits are provided.


RE-PRINTS

Claims for defects, damage, or missing items must be filed within 3 business days of delivery. Returns require prior written authorization and must be shipped at the customer’s expense.


ORDER SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We offer three shipping options:

  • Standard: Ships in 10–14 business days (not guaranteed).

  • Priority: Guaranteed shipment within 8 business days.

  • Express: Guaranteed shipment within 6 business days.

Proofs must be approved by 11:00 AM EST to meet shipping deadlines. The Sky Packaging is not liable for delays caused by external factors.


HOLIDAYS

We observe U.S. holidays, which may affect production and shipping timelines.


DAMAGED AND LOST PACKAGES

Inspect packages upon delivery and report damage or missing items within 3 business days. Shipping overages/underages of up to 5% are industry-standard. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.


DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

This site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Sky Packaging is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or order fulfillment, including mistakes, delays, or unauthorized use of content.
