Our company is not responsible for any accidents, deaths, damages, or delays related to using our website or receiving information. We are not liable for any damages exceeding the amount paid to The Sky Packaging for your order.

Return and Refund Policy:

If you encounter any issues with printing your item or if it does not meet your requirements, please notify us within three working days of receiving your order. Our team will inspect the defect. If confirmed, we will reproduce your order. We do not offer refunds. To obtain reprinted products, clients must send photographs of the defective items within seven business days.

Accelerated orders may have additional non-refundable charges. We aim to resolve printing-related issues promptly to ensure your satisfaction.

Payment, Order Placement, and Cancellation:

We accept payments in US dollars. Orders are processed upon receipt of full payment, including taxes and shipping charges. Once an order is placed, it will be sent to our print department for production. Changes cannot be made once the order is in the printing stage.

You have a 4-hour window to cancel an order after confirmation, with a $50 cancellation fee and a 5% deduction from the total payment. Cancellation fees increase the longer you wait, up to 50% of the total payment after 24 hours. Cancellations after 24 hours are not guaranteed and at our discretion.

We reserve the right to cancel any order without prior notice or reason.

Design Contracts:

We do not offer refunds or credits for design orders, as our team ensures each design is tailored to your needs. Once a design order is placed, it is final and non-refundable. Our design team works closely with you to create unique designs that exceed your expectations.

Artwork and Files Submitted by the Customer

We value the artwork and files submitted by our customers. Our team reviews all artwork and files before printing. We require files in CMYK format with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi to ensure optimal results.

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their artwork and files. We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or destruction of submitted files but take precautions to prevent such loss.

By uploading content, you confirm ownership or legal rights to use it. We reserve the right to refuse any order we believe is illegal or infringes third-party rights.

Proof and Color Accuracy:

We require users to approve proofs before printing. It is your responsibility to review the evidence carefully. Once the proof is approved, our turnaround time begins. Electronic proofs may not accurately reflect final print colors.

No Liability for Errors:

We are not responsible for any errors in the final product due to customer-supplied content. It is the client’s responsibility to review and approve all content before final approval for printing.

Overruns/Underruns:

We strive to ship the exact quantity ordered. However, we may deliver more or less than 5% of the order quantity. We will charge only for the amount supplied.

Production Speed, Order Fulfillment, and Delivery:

Our production begins once your artwork is approved and all fees are paid. We aim to ship orders on time but are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control. Shipping to destinations outside the US may incur additional charges. Claims for damaged or lost shipments must be filed within six business days from the shipment date.

Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided. If the address provided is incorrect, additional charges may apply for reshipments.

Changes to Our Site and Terms:

We reserve the right to change any part of our website and terms without notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. By continuing to use our website, you agree to the updated terms.
